Since being released from prison, former husband of Dewi Persik immediately appeared on television. Of course, Saipul Jamil's presence on the screen has made the public anxious. Moreover, the case experienced by Saipul Jamil is sexual harassment against underage children. Ideally, after being released from prison, the singer, who is familiarly called Bang Ipul, should not need to appear on television.

"We are not here to prevent Mr. Saipul Jamil from making a living, it's fine if people need to survive. But don't do it on television or on social media platforms that can be watched by hundreds of millions of Indonesians," he said.

As a Supervisory Board of the National Commission for Child Protection, Roostien feels heartbroken that television has brought Saipul Jamil to the screen. What she fears is that there will be many victims of sexual abuse against children.

"We from the National Commission for Child Protection will never stay silent seeing things like this. Because almost every day many victims come to this commission with all their complaints, with all their suffering, but what we have seen recently is something very painful," she said.

"The future of this nation lies in the hands of our children, it is easiest to destroy a nation by destroying children. Because we don't have a future anymore. This is what we should understand together. Don't just focus on ratings in our minds. Everyone needs money, everyone wants to be rich, but let's also talk with our conscience," Roostien concluded.
