Cindy Rizap Not on Vacation to Japan with Someone Else's Husband, Prove it Together with Mom

The name of celebrity gram Cindy Rizap suddenly became a hot topic among netizens after her vacation photos in Japan went viral. Many parties tried to associate her presence in the Land of the Rising Sun with dr. Riky Febriansyah Saleh, the husband of Maissy Pramaisshela.

In response to this, Cindy Rizap's party immediately provided clarification and showed video evidence of her trip. Through her attorney, Machi Achmad, it was emphasized that the vacation moments were spent with family, not with the man in question.

"And for going to Japan, there are several netizens who said going to Japan with the alleged person... You can see here, our client is with her mother in Japan. So don't make assumptions by linking photos in Japan. Yes, because in Tokyo, Japan, the photo objects are there," said Machi Achmad at a press conference attended by KapanLagi in the Tebet area, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/3/2026).

Machi also added that the location of the photo debated by netizens, such as Shibuya Sky, is a public place visited by almost all tourists. He also showed video evidence of Cindy with her mother during their time in Japan to the media crew.

"Like if we go to Jakarta and take a photo at Monas, yes everyone, tourists go to Monas. If this is to Shibuya, yes, Shibuya Sky, it’s definitely a place where tourists take photos with the Tokyo Tower, every tourist must go there. So don’t edit it as if it’s just the two of them going. In fact, her mother is there, her family is there," explained Machi while showing a phone screen containing a video of Cindy.

Cindy Rizap herself explained that her departure to Japan took place during her semester break as a medical intern. She denied claims that she was skipping her medical duties just for a luxury vacation.

"At that time, my internship break was indeed 10 days, it wasn't that I took leave or anything, it was just a 10-day semester break, sis. So the distance is indeed as mentioned, right? Yes, it’s different. This is one of them... and I went with my mother and there are also Cindy's family in Japan," explained Cindy Rizap.

She admitted to going to Japan twice in a short period of time. Once when she took an official leave for brand work, and once again when her campus schedule was indeed on semester break.

"I went to Japan twice, sis. So at that time I took a month off in December. The second time I got a 10-day holiday, around January-February," said the medical student.
