The legal representative also confirmed that there was no discussion regarding the material or financial claims in the lawsuit. This reinforces Clara Shinta's position, who indeed only wants to legally settle her marital status as soon as possible.

Regarding financial rights or alimony that usually accompany divorce lawsuits, Akil mentioned that this point was indeed not included. This is a principled decision made by his client in facing this separation process. "So far, there is none in the lawsuit," he said.

Regarding the reasons behind the divorce decision, Akil revealed that there was a conflict triggered by a third party. The husband's communication with another woman became the main cause of the ongoing friction in their household.

"There are allegations of communication from the defendant, where he communicated with another woman, which then impacted, causing arguments and disputes," he said.
