Clara Shinta decided to address this issue openly to maintain the family's good name. She wrote her clarification on her personal Instagram account to prevent misunderstandings in the public. “Considering the need to protect the good name of my husband and my beloved children, I will finally speak up, of course, this has been done with my husband’s knowledge and consent,” she wrote, explaining the reason why she felt the need to voice her opinion.

In her clarification, Clara confirmed that she was married to a man in 2017. She mentioned that her household at that time was simple and happy at the beginning of the marriage. “We started our life simply until various problems arose that we could no longer resolve, and I decided to separate and officially registered at the religious court in June 2022,” she revealed.

Clara revealed that in 2023, her ex-husband had pawned her Alphard car without her knowledge. “Not seeking sympathy but stating facts, in 2023 my Alphard car was repossessed, this happened because my ex pawned my car without permission. Note: I bought the car for my child's school, not for him or for myself, and the car was purchased 100% from my own hard work,” she wrote.

In the same post, Clara mentioned that the person who is now suing her is the same person who was involved in the case of pawning her car. “Is the person who suddenly disrupts my peace, my husband, and my children the same person who pawned both my cars in the viral case from 2023? The answer is: yes, the same person,” she stated.

Clara Shinta also shared divorce documents with her ex-husband. She revealed several reasons underlying their separation, such as not being provided for and actions of taking money without permission.

She even mentioned that her ex-husband had pawned two luxury cars, namely an Alphard and a Porsche Macan, without her knowledge. This action became one of the reasons their marriage could not be maintained.

In her clarification, Clara showed transaction evidence indicating that her Porsche car was pawned for only Rp30 million. She felt that amount was very unreasonable considering the original price of her car reached billions of rupiah. "Actually, there are a ton of m-banking transaction proofs that he transferred to himself and his friends for unknown reasons, and chat evidence of pawning my Porsche's BPKB at that time for peanuts, for whatever purpose he needed it. But let me spill just one, okay?" wrote Clara.

Clara Shinta explained that after her divorce, she had to work hard to meet her child's needs. She realized that her time with her child became limited because she had to earn a living. "I am not as fortunate as other mothers who have responsible husbands and can monitor their child's growth and development every day," she stated. She emphasized that all her efforts are made to provide the best life for her child.

When she found out she was being sued for Rp13 billion on the grounds of the child, Clara admitted she was confused. She considered the lawsuit unreasonable because her ex had never provided support before.

Despite her disappointment, Clara Shinta continues to try to give space for her ex-husband to play a role in their child's life. She mentioned that she had asked for pocket money of Rp300-400 thousand per week for her child on September 8. "After a long time, finally on September 8, I dared to ask him for money amounting to 300-400 thousand per week. I want his role to still exist in Kino's life, I want Kino to know that even though the amount is small, his father is still there providing for him," Clara wrote.

At the end of her clarification, Clara admitted feeling embarrassed to write extensively on social media. She stated that her post was not a form of oversharing, but rather an effort to correct the rumors circulating. "Honestly, I feel embarrassed writing this, but this is not about oversharing, this is about a slander that needs to be corrected with facts," she wrote.
