Closing Sweetly the First Day of Pestapora, Ariel: We Bring Peterpan, No NOAH Today

Kapanlagi.com - NOAH band closed sweetly the first day of Pestapora on Friday, September 21, 2023 at Gambir Expo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. NOAH performed at 23:45 on the Pestapora IM3 stage.

Ariel, Lukman, and David gave a special performance on the Pestapora stage. They specially performed songs from Peterpan. As is known, NOAH was originally named Peterpan.

"Good evening everyone, tonight's theme is Peterpan, we bring Peterpan, no NOAH today," said Ariel.

A number of Peterpan songs were successfully performed by NOAH that night. Starting from Mimpi yang Sempurna, Jauh Mimpiku, Bintang di Surga, Di Atas Normal, Sahabat, Topeng, Khayalan Tingkat Tinggi, and many more.

1. Nostalgic Audience

Certainly, the Peterpan songs performed by NOAH on the Pestapora stage make the audience nostalgic. Not only that, Ariel's outfit on stage is also different.

Ariel wears a sleeveless white shirt on stage. That style immediately reminds the audience of the early days of Peterpan's heyday. Where Ariel's characteristic of wearing that shirt.

Ariel always tells the story of the song on stage. One of them, Satu Hati, was released about 20 years ago.

"What year is this? 2023? the song (Satu Hati) was exactly 20 years ago, there are also other songs that were released 20 years ago. Okay, this is one song that is the same from 20 years ago," said Ariel and sang the song titled Topeng.

Although the songs sung when Ariel and his friends named Peterpan were released in the early 2000s, the audience is still enthusiastic and familiar enough to sing along. "Who was seven years old when the song Asa was released?" Ariel said.

As a closing, NOAH sang Khayalan Tingkat Tinggi. The audience on the first day of Pestapora was very satisfied with NOAH's stage performance.

3. Pestapora Festival

The Pestapora music festival is held for 3 days at Gambir Expo Kemayoran in Central Jakarta. On the first day, in addition to NOAH, there are Armada, Lyodra, Virgoun, Ungu, Andra & The Backbone, and many others. Pestapora involves more than 200 performers.

On the second day, Saturday, September 23, 2023, Pestapora will be filled with Kahitna, Nadine Amizah, Inul Daratisa, Atta Halilintar, and many others.
