Kapanlagi.com - Not long after opening the first Gildak outlet, influencer Jovi Adhiguna and Nikmat Group inaugurated their second outlet, this time located on Jalan Waru, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. The chosen location is a shop where Jovi's other business, Boba Street, is also based.

Not alone, this time Jovi collaborated with his sister, Sarah Ayu, to join the business. The two of them worked together to develop the concept.

"This is the second Gildak outlet where the idea came from Street Boba customers. Each Street Boba store is spacious and cool for hanging out. So there were some customers who asked why there was no food so they could hang out longer. That's where the idea for Gildak originated," said Jovi at the inauguration of the second Gildak outlet.

1. Affordable Prices Ala Street Food Korea

Gildak is a culinary business that serves Korean street food. Sarah explains the reason why she and Jovi chose this food menu as their culinary business venture.

"Here we want to present Korean street food because we see that currently there is no affordable Korean Street Food where the prices start from 18 thousand to 35 thousand. So it's really like street food in Korea or different from restaurants," Sarah continued.

Although the prices are affordable, Sarah emphasizes that all the menus offered by Gildak are guaranteed in taste and quality because they have gone through a long test food process.

2. Signature Menus

Among the various menus offered, there are certainly several popular menus that sell well. Some of them are Itaewon Crispy Chicken and Tteokbokki.

"Gildak itself has several signature menus, including Itaewon Crispy Chicken made from selected chicken meat processed and coated with various abundant and savory seasonings. In addition, there are also Odeng and Tteokbokki which are also interesting to try with a spicy and sweet taste," added Jovi.

3. Targeting the Opening of 100 Gildak Outlets

The plan is for Jovi and Nikmat Group to open 100 Gildak outlets spread across several regions. It is not just for personal gain, but they also aim to provide job opportunities for the public amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

"In the near future, we are preparing to open 20 new Gildak outlets in line with our target of reaching 100 outlets within one year. With the addition of Gildak outlets in the future, there will automatically be many new workers whom we will assist, especially during this pandemic," said Deo Cardi, VP of Marketing at Nikmat Group.
