"I had nose surgery recently," Nita said when contacted by Kapanlagi.com on Saturday (17/1/2025).

This surgery was performed in Bangkok, Thailand, in July 2024. She made this decision after much consideration, including choosing a trusted clinic and doctor. According to Nita, her decision to undergo nose surgery was driven by the demands of the entertainment world that requires a perfect appearance.

"In this entertainment world, it's not just about skill, but also about our look," she explained.

Nita admitted that she had long wanted to have nose surgery in Thailand. She was attracted to the typical nose shape of Thai people, which she felt suited her desires. After attending a small gathering hosted by a clinic from Thailand in Jakarta, she became even more convinced to undergo the procedure.

"I saw the portfolio directly. My friends who have had surgery at that clinic all have beautiful noses. Even those who just had surgery already show great results," she explained.

In addition to a nose job, Nita also had liposuction. This was done to achieve a more ideal body, especially after she felt uncomfortable with her appearance on screen.

"During 'Layangan Putus', I gained weight and felt not okay looking at the camera," Nita revealed.

Nita explained that maintaining appearance is part of the sacrifices that must be made. According to Nita, looking attractive is not just about aesthetics, but also provides a greater sense of confidence.

"To get a good look, it takes a lot of effort. There has to be surgery, there has to be dieting as well. I feel this is one of my achievements. I have to take better care of myself, look more beautiful because of the demands of my job," she said.

When asked about the costs, Nita mentioned that the funds spent on her nose surgery were around Rp100 million. Nita also realized that her decision to undergo surgery would certainly attract comments from netizens, both supportive and critical. However, she chose to focus on the positive.

"Compared to Korea, surgery in Thailand is cheaper. If it's good for me and doesn't harm others, why not? I use personal funds, not other people's money. So I just close my ears," Nita stated.

Nita feels that nose surgery and liposuction are two life decisions she has never regretted. For her, maintaining appearance is part of professionalism in the entertainment world.

"I feel that this decision has really helped my work. The feedback from my work has also improved," she said.

"In this entertainment world, everyone is judged by their looks. If you're unattractive, netizens will comment right away. So I feel this decision is very optimal to support my career," Nita concluded.
