Condition of Mpok Alpa Prior to Giving Birth to Twins, Experiencing Low Blood Pressure

1. Pregnant at the Age of 37

This is Mpok Alpa's first experience of being pregnant with twins. Despite being 37 years old, she still hopes for a smooth delivery and for her children to be born healthy.

Mpok Alpa found out about her pregnancy while filming a live television show. She took a pregnancy test and cried out of surprise and worry.

2. Low Blood Pressure

At six months of pregnancy, Mpok Alpa began sitting more often as she was prone to blackouts when standing for too long. She also consumed three ice cream bars every day.

Before giving birth, Mpok Alpa experienced a slight problem with low blood pressure as she approached the birth of her twins. Her blood pressure was recorded at 95/60.

3. Perform Regular Health Check-ups

Mpok Alpa often undergoes pregnancy check-ups to ensure the health of the mother and the fetus. The doctor will monitor her blood pressure and provide necessary treatment recommendations.

Despite carrying twins, Mpok Alpa must still pay attention to weight gain. Appropriate weight gain supports the growth and development of the baby. Pregnant women with twins usually experience a weight gain of about 17-25 kilograms. Avoid obesity during pregnancy as it can cause health problems.

4. Limit Activities

Mpok Alpa starts limiting activities to maintain the health of the predicted twin fetus. She mentioned that her friends always remind her about her pregnancy condition.
