"There is something unique when Mecca was born. The doctor was surprised because there were already 2 teeth when he was born. The doctor said this is a quite rare occurrence. Mecca's face is covered in spots like Ibrahim when he was just born. This is the girl version. Her face is very much like Tipang.. her dad didn't get a share," said Arief Muhammad.
