Creating an Impromptu Business, Nycta Gina and Rizky Kinos Work Part-Time Selling Surabi with Family

The culinary business, mini surabi, made by Gina and Kinos, actually started unintentionally. The couple then tried to take orders from people around them.

"This idea came from my husband @kinosnoski who suddenly said, 'I can't stop eating this mini surabi, what should we sell?'. As a wife, I just agreed. Finally, we casually opened pre-orders and unexpectedly, there were so many people curious and ordered this durian mini surabi from Bu Ivo. Alhamdulillah," wrote Gina.

Not only the two of them, Gina and Kinos also invited their mother, siblings, and several household assistants to run this impromptu business.

"It's like an impromptu business and the human resources are also impromptu. My mom is the boss of all these surabi, my aunt and uncle are the chefs who help my mom cook, Kinos & Gina are the admins who also pack the surabi, and our household assistants are also involved in helping," she said.

On her personal Instagram, Gina also shared moments of the surabi production process made by her family. Starting from her busy mother in the kitchen to Kinos who helps pack their surabi products.
