Cut Intan Nabila Resolutely Decides to Separate from Her Husband After Experiencing Domestic Violence, Considers This the Best Path

Kapanlagi.com - Cut Intan Nabila has finally decided to separate from her husband, Armor Toreador, after being a victim of domestic violence (KDRT) perpetrated by her own husband, Armor Toreador.

This step was taken after various considerations and lengthy discussions with her family. According to Cut Intan's legal counsel, Ana Sofa Yuking, the decision to end this marriage was not easy and has been thoroughly discussed.

"Regarding the status, yes, Intan as the wife of the perpetrator has also had long discussions and deep thoughts from Intan and the family. They have prayed for guidance, and the divorce matter will be resolved soon," explained Ana Sofa Yuking at the Cibinong District Court on Monday (28/10/2024).

Ana Sofa Yuking added that the plan to file for divorce is still in the planning stages. They are considering registering it after the ongoing domestic violence case hearing.

"We are thinking about it, and once everything is ready, we will submit it," said Ana.

Cut Intan expressed that she has firmly decided to file for divorce at the Cibinong Religious Court in Bogor in the near future. This decision was made with full awareness and a sense of responsibility for her future and that of her children. "God willing, it will happen," said Cut Intan.

Cut Intan admitted that her family also supports the steps she is taking, even though this decision is difficult. According to her, the extended family hopes that this decision to separate will bring goodness in the future.

"The extended family feels the same way, hoping for the best moving forward, so maybe this (divorce) is the best path for me, so indeed, separating is the best thing to do," she said.

Although the relationship with Armor is currently in trouble, Cut Intan admitted to still communicating with her husband's family when her child has a birthday. However, it is limited to just wishing her child a happy birthday.

"Just yesterday when my child had a birthday, they wished him," she revealed.

The first hearing of the domestic violence (DV) case against the defendant Armor Toreador was held at the Cibinong District Court, Bogor, West Java, on Monday (28/10/2024). Getting out of the prison van wearing a prison uniform and with his hands handcuffed, Armor still smiled at the media crew waiting for him.
