Cutting of 404 Sacrificial Animals Distributed to Almost All of Indonesia, Putra Siregar Achieves MURI Record

Kapanlagi.com - Youtuber and electronic entrepreneur Putra Siregar successfully achieved a MURI record by slaughtering 404 cows, goats, and one camel as sacrificial animals. Not only distributed throughout Indonesia, in this year's Eid al-Adha moment.

The MURI record achieved by the owner who has the slogan of affordable and popular mobile phones is in two categories. The first is the Live Broadcast of Sacrificial Animal Slaughter and the Most Places of Worship, and the second is Putra receiving an award in the category of Distribution of Sacrificial Meat Packages by Ojek dsrin and the Most Ojek Base.

Both awards were directly presented by Yusuf Ngadri, Senior Manager of MURI, to Putra Siregar in the Condet area, East Jakarta, on Friday (31/7). Putra said that 2020 was the year with the most sacrificial animals distributed to places of worship and Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia.

"This is the most, there are 404 sacrificial animals distributed to places of worship and Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia," said Putra Siregar.

1. Pure Personal Funds

In addition, Putra also said that the 404 sacrificial animals were purely from his personal funds without any assistance from sponsors or benefactors. For him, everything he sacrificed was a form of his care for those in need, as they were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

"I used my own money for everything. I am not afraid of poverty because I am not rich. Because for me, everything I receive comes from my charity. This is also a form of caring for others, considering the current pandemic situation," he said.

2. Not Counting the Funds

Not only that, Putra Siregar admitted that he didn't really count how much money he spent to buy the 404 sacrificial animals. As for the details, the 27-year-old man said that the sacrificial animals consisted of 220 goats, 183 cows, and 1 camel that he intentionally sent for the people of Palestine.

"I didn't really count how much money I spent. But if estimated, it's almost IDR 6 billion. There are 220 goats, 183 cows, and 1 camel that I allocated for the people of Palestine," he concluded.
