Denny Sumargo & Novi Create Donation Poll, Donors Prefer to Channel Funds to Other Parties Rather than Return to Agus

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Denny Sumargo, or often called Densu is taking mediation steps regarding the Rp 1.3 billion donation controversy between Pratiwi Noviyanthi and Agus Salim. This ongoing conflict has prompted the 5cm film actor to seek a solution through a poll.

This poll is conducted through the platform suaraku.co.id and gives donors the opportunity to determine the use of the funds. According to Densu, this initiative was taken after the last mediation did not yield a clear decision.

"So the poll, yesterday I was informed, is a poll that was created and given authority to the legal counsel of the donors. Because the last mediation issue has no clear resolution," said Denny Sumargo at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (18/11/2024).

"So it happened, where the polling will later become evidence of Agus's donation issues. For more details, you can ask the donor's legal representative where the results of the polling will be taken," he added.

The father of one child assured that this polling is official and monitored by the relevant parties. He also emphasized the importance of transparency in this process. All polling results will be handled by the donor's legal representative to ensure the use of funds according to a mutual decision.

"Because of the polling, the official polling is monitored by Kominfo (Komdigi) as well. Then there is a signature on the power of attorney, electronic power of attorney, and then it will be verified later. Please ask the donor's legal representative where the results of the polling will go, because the money will go there," he said.

Densu added that this survey is a mutual agreement among all parties involved.

"Yes. Including I have been confirmed by Novi's party and I agree if indeed it finally results in a deadlock like the mediation that happened yesterday," he said.

For donors who want to participate, Densu directs them to follow the instructions in the latest video on his YouTube channel, Curhat Bang.

4. Technical Participation in Polling

The technical return or distribution of funds will be arranged by the donor's legal representative. Densu himself leaves all decisions to that party.

5. The Majority Do Not Want the Money Returned to Agus

The preliminary results of the poll show that the majority of donors prefer to channel their funds to other parties in greater need. According to Denny Sumargo, the results of this poll indicate that the option to return the funds to Agus actually received the least support.

"It depends, that choice, there are 3 options. Given to Agus, given to someone else who needs it more, returned to the donors. From what I saw yesterday, the highest was given to someone else. The smallest was given to Agus," concluded Denny Sumargo.
