Dipo Latief Returns to the Case of Alleged Theft of Goods by Nikita Mirzani, Will File a Pretrial

Kapanlagi.com - The case of alleged theft of goods in the form of cars, underwear, and others reported by Dipo Latief against his ex-wife, Nikita Mirzani in 2018 has indeed been stopped by the South Jakarta Metro Police.

However, Dipo Latief plans to reopen the case as he claims to have new evidence. This was conveyed by Dipo Latief's lawyer, Dicku Muhammad Kurniawan.

"There is new evidence obtained by our client, Dipo, regarding this alleged theft of goods case. The evidence points to the theft of a car. As far as I know, the stolen car is a Mercedes Benz," he continued," said Dicky Muhammad Kurniawan in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, on Sunday (15/8).

1. Opened with Pretrial

This time, Dipo will file a pretrial motion at the South Jakarta District Court. This is done because the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators have issued a Termination of Investigation Order or SP3.

"According to the Criminal Code, we have to reopen this case with a pretrial motion. We plan to send this pretrial motion tomorrow," he said.

The new evidence that he now holds is the alleged conversation between Nikita Mirzani and the alleged Fitri Salhuteru regarding the issue.

"Dipo, as the victim of Article 372 regarding alleged embezzlement committed by sister NM. The evidence is in the form of a conversation between NM and her friend with initials FS, who is usually with NM," he explained.

2. New Witness

Not stopping there, Dipo Latief's side now also has another weapon, namely a witness to the case with the initials W who used to work with Nikita Mirzani.

"W is a witness who was asked to appear at the South Jakarta Metro Police at that time. Because W did not appear, the police terminated the case. Now, W bravely came to us to be a witness. W is a former driver of NM," he explained.

"So, in this conversation, it is alleged that NM and FS asked W to condition the disputed Mercedes Benz car," he concluded.
