Nisya Ahmad has filed for divorce from her husband named Andika Rosadi. The divorce documents were registered electronically on May 10, 2024, at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"The case was registered electronically, so the trial process will also be conducted through e-litigation. The lawsuit is just that (the desire to separate)," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, when met by the media on Wednesday (31/7/2024).
"(There is no custody issue) from the information we provided, she only filed for divorce," added Taslimah.
When asked about the reason Nisya Ahmad filed for divorce from Andika Rosadi, Taslimah could not disclose it. Because the court proceedings are held privately.
"Because this is a closed trial for the public, there are reasons that we cannot disclose due to its private nature," Taslimah emphasized.
The divorce lawsuit filed by Nisya Ahmad against Andika Rosadi has been ongoing since May 30, 2024.
On August 1, 2024, the trial will be held again with the agenda of evidence presentation.
In her lawsuit, Nisya only wants a divorce. There are no issues regarding joint property or custody of their three children resulting from the marriage.
"The first hearing on May 30, 2024. The first session is for peace agenda, then mediation, followed by responses, rebuttals, and the last rebuttal was on July 25, 2024, via e-court. Next, on August 1, with the agenda of proof," emphasized Taslimah.
