Divorce Lawsuit of Raya Kitty Granted by the Judge, Abid Zia Given 14 Days to File Objection

Kapanlagi.com - Unlike most celebrities, the divorce process of Raya Kitty proceeded quickly. In the second hearing held on Tuesday (21/4/2020), the judge of the Soreang Religious Court in West Java granted the lawsuit filed by Raya Nur Fitria Rahmadiana.

The decision was read without the presence of Muhammad Abid Zia. Since the first hearing, the defendant has never appeared.

Because Muhammad Abid Zia did not attend as the defendant, the divorce does not have the force of law yet. Therefore, Abid Zia is given a 14-day opportunity to file a legal action if there are any objections.

"When a decision is not attended by one party, it will be notified first. Once it has been notified and he accepts it, it means the decision has the force of law. And he is officially divorced," said Suharja.

2. No Issue of Joint Property

Furthermore, the reason behind Raya Kitty's lawsuit against Muhammad Abid Zia is not revealed due to privacy reasons. However, it is certain that it is only a divorce lawsuit, and there is no issue of joint property.

"If it is related to the reasons, it is a matter of privacy. But the main point is only about the divorce. It is just a divorce lawsuit," Saharja emphasized.
