Keroncong singer Juliette Angela, or affectionately known as JLo, has submitted several demands in her divorce lawsuit against Reinaldo Martin Diyo, also known as Sexy Goath, registered at the South Jakarta District Court.
Juliette Angela's lawyer, La Radi Eno, kept the details of the demands confidential. However, he stated that his client wants to divorce Sexy Goath. Read the full story below!
"The most important demands are divorce and child custody," said La Radi Eno at the South Jakarta District Court, South Jakarta, on Monday (1/7/2024).
Eno explains that although currently the client's beloved child, Juliette Angela, is under the care of Martin Sexy Goath.
However, Eno said that the custody lawsuit is still being filed by JLo because according to the law, a minor child should be under the care of the mother. Â "Basically, just follow the court proceedings, it's clear that JLo wants to fight for custody rights," he said.
In the first hearing, JLo did not attend. Eno mentioned that his client could not attend the court summons due to his deteriorating health condition caused by his work.  "Well, because JLo is sick. How can we force him to come," he said.
The next hearing is scheduled to be held on Wednesday (10/6/2024) with the agenda of mediation or reconciliation efforts between JLo and Martin.
"Please pray so that our client is healthy and can attend the next mediation agenda and get certainty as soon as possible," he said.
La Radi Eno is keeping the details of Juliette Angela's other divorce claims confidential because they have entered the trial material. "Just be patient, it will be revealed later. Let's just follow the trial," he said.
Meanwhile, Reinaldo Martin stated that he no longer lives in the same house as Juliette Angela.
"He who separates himself (leaves the house). After he went to Thailand," said Reinaldo Martin.
"After that incident, J.lo (Juliette Angela) has left the house and the child is still with him (Martin) and his family," concluded Denny DJ, Sexy Goath's legal representative.
