"As for me, I don’t want a divorce. Fifteen years is such a long time. When I first found out (about the divorce filing), I was definitely sad, feeling down. But thank God I have a supportive family, including my in-laws and siblings, who support me all the way," said Andika when met during the court session on Thursday (8/8/2024).

Andika revealed that the reason behind the divorce lawsuit was related to the lies he often told in an effort to make Nisya happy.

He mentioned that all those lies were to protect Nisya's feelings, even though this ultimately became a source of problems in their relationship.

According to Andika's legal counsel, Nata Sasmita, frequent quarrels occurred between the couple, which ultimately influenced Nisya's decision to file for divorce.

Andika emphasized that there were no elements of domestic violence (DV) or the presence of a third party that caused their separation.

3. Admits to Being a Liar

Andika Rosadi admitted that he is a "liar," which is one of the reasons behind the divorce lawsuit filed by his wife, Nisya Ahmad.

In his statement, Andika explained that as a husband, he is aware of many shortcomings within himself, and one of the most striking is his habit of lying.

4. Still Living Under One Roof

Nisya and Andika Rosadi are known to still live under one roof, but they no longer share a bed. They also maintain good communication with each other.

"Until now, we still communicate well, and my wife and I still live together. We no longer share a bed, but I am trying to make it comfortable so that we can share a bed again," Andika Rosadi emphasized.
