"The lawsuit was filed along with a claim for custody and maintenance of two children against her husband named Aufar Sadad bin Daniel Hutapea," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (24/3/2022).

As for the joint property rights, Taslimah stated that she did not find any challenge in the Olla Ramlan case.
"The plaintiff filed for divorce and custody of two children, while the others were not filed for the time being," said Taslimah.
Olla Ramlan filed for divorce in the South Jakarta Religious Court on March 23, 2022, with case number 1316 PDTG 2022 PA JS through e-court.
"On Wednesday, she registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court clerk's office, under the name Olla Ramlan Tussa binti Muhamad Ramlan with case number 1316 PDTG 2022 PA JS," she said.

The first hearing of the divorce case between Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea will be held on April 4, 2022. Olla Ramlan and Aufar Hutapea are required to attend the hearing for mediation by the South Jakarta Religious Court.
"Since it is a divorce case, both parties are ordered to appear in court. Because in the first hearing, there will be a peace agenda and mediation is expected or ordered to be attended by the plaintiff and defendant in principle," Taslimah concluded.
It is known that Olla Ramlan married Aufar Hutapea on December 20, 2012. From that marriage, they were blessed with two children.
This marriage between Olla and Aufar is Olla's second marriage after previously being married to a man named Alex Tian in 2003. However, their second marriage ended in 2010. From Olla's marriage to Alex, she was blessed with one son named Sean Mikael Alexander.
