Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the traffic accident case involving the defendant Gaung Sabda Alam Muhammad alias Gaga Muhammad was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (12/28/2021). The trial included the testimony of a doctor named Pungky Dianitasari, who was presented by the public prosecutor's office (JPU).
In addition to the prosecution's witnesses, Gaga Muhammad's side also presented witnesses in the trial. One of the witnesses is Gaga Muhammad's mother, Janariyah.
During the trial, the doctor witness provided information about the entire process of arrival and examination when Gaga Muhammad and Laura Anna arrived with injuries from the accident.
Pungky was asked about the condition of Gaga and Laura when they arrived at the hospital. At that time, Pungky stated that Gaga and Laura came by themselves.
"The patients came by themselves, yes (there were no police)," said Pungky.

Then the judge also asked Pungky whether Gaga and Laura were under the influence of alcohol or not. He couldn't confirm whether both of them were under the influence of alcohol or not. But, Pungky admitted that he didn't smell alcohol during the examination.
"At that time, I didn't smell (from Gaga's mouth). Same goes for Laura, I didn't smell (alcohol from her mouth)," he said.

Then, Pungky said that at that time he examined Laura first. Because he saw that Laura's condition at that time needed more help.
"For patients who come using a patient's bed, it means that the patient cannot perform normal activities, while Gaga can still walk and talk," he said.

Furthermore, Pungky himself denied that he gave permission for Laura to go home. He said, at that time Laura's condition was still in the observation stage.
"I haven't reached the stage of allowing her to go home, because at that time she was still under observation and examination," he concluded.

In addition to the witness from the Public Prosecutor's Office, in this trial Gaga Muhammad's party also presented a witness in the trial. The witness is Gaga Muhammad's own mother, Janariyah.

Feeling unsatisfied with the doctor's explanation, Gaga Muhammad immediately asked questions to the prosecutor's witness. According to Gaga, there were several discrepancies in the explanation.
"So, how does a torn and scraped wound look like, doctor? Because my wound on the elbow was written as scraped or torn," Gaga asked the doctor in the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
