"Considering the situation where the connection during several hearings was not good and taking into account that request, the panel of judges discussed it, sometimes the detainee is not ready, the panel understands that," said the Panel of Judges from the East Jakarta District Court.
"The next hearing will be conducted offline, the requirements from the defendant will be requested. If violated, the decision for the offline hearing will be canceled," he added.
