Doddy Sudrajat Threatens to Report Fuji, Haji Faisal Ready to Counter Sue If His Accusations Are Not Proven

Kapanlagi.com - Haji Faisal, the father-in-law of the late Vanessa Angel, finally responded to the threat from his son-in-law, Doddy Sudrajat, who will report him and Fuji for alleged defamation.

Although relaxed with the threat, Faisal emphasized that he is not afraid to report back if the accusations against him and his daughter are not proven.

The statement was conveyed by Haji Faisal through his lawyer, Sandy Arifin, when met at Gala Sky's residence in Srengseng, West Jakarta, on Thursday (6/1) afternoon. Sandy stated that his client is ready to undergo questioning regarding Doddy Sudrajat's accusations.

"I remind once again, if there is a report that provides false information and cannot be proven, then we will make a report back to that person," said Sandy Arifin.

While waiting for the mediation decision of the Gala Sky guardianship hearing, they are gathering evidence and strong witnesses to prepare the report. Sandy also advised his clients, including Fuji and Fadly, to behave well.

"I said, we have to take care of everything. So there's no need to be afraid," said Sandy Arifin.

"Carry out your activities, the important thing is to maintain attitude and behavior," he added.

It is known that on January 4, 2022, Doddy Sudrajat demanded an apology from Fuji because he felt accused of receiving insurance money from Vanessa Angel. Therefore, he asked Fuji to apologize within 3x24 hours before making a police report.

On the other hand, Child Protection Commission (Komnas PA), on Thursday (6/1) visited the residence of the late Vanessa Angel and Bibi Adriansyah in the Srengseng area, West Jakarta. This was based on a report by Doddy Sudrajat who suspected that his grandson, Gala Sky, had been exploited by his own in-laws.

Therefore, to verify Doddy Sudrajat's allegations, Komnas PA decided to come and see firsthand the condition of Gala Sky Adriansyah. Apparently, what Doddy Sudrajat complained about was not true.

"After seeing it firsthand, for us Gala is very happy," said Arist Merdeka Sirait as a representative of Komnas PA.

3. Gala is Fine

Arist also mentioned that during his visit, he saw Gala doing well and growing happily under the care of Bibi Ardiansyah's family. This was proven by Gala's gestures during the visit, and Arist believed that what Doddy Sudrajat complained about never happened.

"Based on our experience, usually when a child is around many people, they behave differently. They cry or something. But not this time. Gala instead interacted with us," said Arist Merdeka Sirait.

"I conclude that Gala is in good condition. Gala is joyful and does not experience violence. Everyone is greeted by Gala," he said.

4. Gala Stays at Haji Faisal's House

After directly checking Gala Sky's condition, Komnas PA concluded that Gala is in good condition under the care of Aunt Ardiansyah's family. Therefore, Komnas PA finally suggested that Gala stay in his current environment.

"Let Gala grow and develop in a happy situation. Mr. Doddy, Mr. Faisal, and the family should support this," said Arist Merdeka Sirait.

5. Respect Komnas Anak's Decision

Of course, Arist also asks both families to respect Komnas PA's recommendation regarding Gala's upbringing. Not only that, Arist also urges both families to suppress their egos for Gala's well-being, including regarding access to meet Gala for Vanessa Angel's family.

"We recommend where Gala enjoys and is happy. So, let's support it. Including specifically from close family," he said.
