Kapanlagi.com - Adelia Wilhelmina revealed that she recently experienced a disaster. It is related to a business she was running, but without her husband's knowledge, Pasha Ungu.
"Initially, I didn't tell Pasha. But because I was cheated, I had to tell him," she said when met in the area of Jalan Warung Buncit Raya, Pulo Kalibata, South Jakarta, on Sunday (14/7).
The woman, who is familiarly called Adel, shared the beginning of the unfortunate incident that happened to her. Apparently, the person who heartlessly cheated her was none other than her own business partner.
Adel collaborated with this person to open a convection business that produced a large number of clothing products. The investment she made was not small, reaching billions of rupiah.
"So, there is an unresolved issue between me and my friend. I am waiting for their good intentions. I became an investor and joined the business," said Adel.
Initially, the 35-year-old woman said that her business was running smoothly. However, after some time, Adel felt something was amiss.
"The business was initially running well, but eventually the money disappeared. I am currently asking for accountability so that the money can be returned," she said.
From that incident, Adel admitted to experiencing significant losses. Moreover, the amount of money invested in the business was not small.
"The losses are quite substantial, reaching billions of rupiah. My siblings, friends, and I are involved in this business," she explained.
"We have met, and now I am waiting for his good faith," Adel added.
Adel eventually considered the incident as a valuable lesson in her life. Moreover, she has had many discussions with Pasha to find a way out of the problem she is currently facing.
"Mr. Pasha must be shocked. However, he left it up to me to decide how to resolve it, whether through legal channels or peacefully. I chose to wait for his good faith," Adel said.
In the future, if this problem persists and there is no resolution, Adel will consider taking legal action. Especially since the amount of money that has been returned is still too small.
"However, if it takes too long, I am afraid that others will also be harmed. But I don't know what to do yet," she explained.
"Rp 500 million has been returned, as well as two payments of Rp 2 million. It is still far from the amount of money I invested. I just want my money back if I can't get the profits," she concluded.
