EdanE Management Reveals Iwan Xaverius' Medical History Before Passing Away

Kapanlagi.com - Chafiz, as the management of the band Edane, confirms the passing of Iwan Xaverius, who was the former bassist of the metal band.

Chafiz said that Iwan Xaverius passed away at his residence in Tebet, South Jakarta, at around 12:40 PM.

"(Passed away) Around 12:40 PM this afternoon, sir," said Chafiz when contacted by Kapanlagi.com on Wednesday (5/6/2024).

Chafiz stated that Iwan Xaverius passed away after battling complications from an internal disease he had.

Earlier this year, Iwan Xaverius even suffered a heart attack and had been back and forth to the hospital.

"Complications from an internal disease. Passed away at home, had been sick for a long time. Had a heart attack at the beginning of the year, and had been going back and forth to the hospital since the middle of last year," said Chafiz.

Chafiz said, last Ramadan Edane and Iwan Xaverius personnel had the opportunity to gather for iftar together. After that, he mentioned that Iwan's health condition continued to decline.

"Last March we gathered for iftar together with Edane personnel, he could still smile and laugh. After that, his condition worsened," he said.

2. Jalin Komunikasi Baik

Chafiz explained that since 2005, Iwan Xaverius is no longer part of Edane. However, the relationship and communication between EdanE personnel and Iwan Xaverius are still well-maintained.

"(Left EdanE) Around 2005. But the communication with EdanE personnel has always been smooth," he concluded.
