Effects of the 19-Second Porn Video Case, Michael Yokinobu de Fretes Settles in Jakarta Due to Mandatory Reporting

Although staying in Jakarta, Nobu claimed that he did not encounter any obstacles or problems considering his willingness to cooperate in following all legal processes. This includes his job, as a man who loves basketball, he claimed that there were no issues.

It is known that Gisel and Michael Yukinobu de Fretes have been named suspects and in relation to this case, Gisel is charged with Article 4 paragraph (1) jo Article 29 or Article 8 of Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. Meanwhile, Michael Yukinobu de Fretes is charged with Article 8 jo Article 34 of Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
