Gisella Anastasia Not Arrested After Being Examined in the Case of a 19-Second Explicit Video

Kapanlagi.com - Gisella Anastasia underwent examination by investigators regarding the case of a 19-second explicit video involving her and Michael Yukinobu de Fretes. The examination of the former wife of Gading Marten took place on Friday (8/1) and lasted for approximately 11 hours from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM.

Gisel was asked 49 questions by the investigators during the examination. According to the statement of the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, it was decided that the police will not detain Gisella Anastasia as a suspect.

"We will not detain the person in question. The consideration is based on Article 21 paragraph 1 (Criminal Code), where detention can be carried out if the person removes evidence, flees, or is uncooperative," said Yusri Yunus.

1. Mandatory Report

In addition to referring to Article 21 paragraph 1 and paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code, the decision is also supported by considerations of other factors such as Gisella Anastasia's status as a mother. Just like MYD, Gisel is only required to report twice a week for a week.

"The second one is for sister GA, based on humanity. The child in question is still four years old and needs guidance from parents, especially the mother, so that no detention is carried out," said Yusri.

"But both brother MYD and sister GA, we will do mandatory reporting every Monday and Thursday," he continued.

After completing the examination process, Gisel once again apologized for what she had done. Wijin's girlfriend also promised to become a better person in the future and admitted to deeply regretting what had happened.
