The film LASTRI: ARWAH KEMBANG DESA became an unforgettable experience for Era Lolita. Not only because it marked her debut in a feature film after a long time starring in TV movies, but also because she had the opportunity to share the screen with the late Gary Iskak. For Era, Gary left a warm impression that she still remembers to this day.
In the film directed by Henry Ismono, Era plays the character Indri, a film crew member who becomes possessed by the spirit of Lastri. Although her role is not very long, the actress still had to go through the casting process before finally being selected to join the other cast members.
Era said the opportunity to act in LASTRI: ARWAH KEMBANG DESA began with an invitation from Audy Bella, who opened the audition process. Even though they already knew each other, she still went through all the selection stages like other participants.
"So initially, Kak Audi Belle is my friend, and then she had an open casting. We still went through the casting route, even though we are friends. Luckily, I got the role of Indri. The story is about a team shooting a film in Lastri's house, and I play a film crew member who then becomes possessed by the spirit of Lastri herself," said Era Lolita when met at XXI Epicentrum, Thursday (9/7).
