Eza Gionino & Meiza Aulia Agree on Child Support and Custody, Mediation is Still Ongoing

The divorce process between actor Eza Gionino and Meiza Aulia Coritha or Echa continues to show progress. In the latest hearing held at the Cibinong Religious Court in West Java on Monday (27/10/2025), both parties finally found clarity regarding one of the most crucial issues: child support.

Eza Gionino's legal counsel, Raka Danira, revealed that the nominal amount for child support that was previously stated in the initial lawsuit has been adjusted to Eza's financial capabilities. This agreement was reached after a rather tough mediation process.

"The issue yesterday was about alimony, which was indeed not appropriate, then it was adjusted. Yes, it was adjusted according to Eza's capabilities," said Raka Danira after the hearing.

In addition to the alimony issue, an agreement was also reached on several other points, including child custody and parenting. The results of this mediation were then included in the revision of the lawsuit from Echa.

"First, there is definitely an agreement regarding child custody. Then secondly, parenting, and thirdly, related to alimony and so on," added Raka.

Although there have been several agreements, it does not mean that the path to separation is smooth. Raka acknowledged that this agreement only covers a small part of the overall divorce material. There are still many other issues that they need to fight for in court.

"The agreement exists, but it's only partial. The agreement from yesterday's mediation, the rest is still in the court process," he stated.

Actually, Eza Gionino's side had hoped that the mediation process could be extended to find a peaceful solution outside of court. However, this request has not yet been granted by the judge.

"This is what we conveyed from the defendant's side of Eza, requesting that the mediation could be extended. But yesterday, the panel did not provide that opportunity," he explained.

Regarding custody, Raka predicts that their three underage children will most likely fall into the mother's hands. However, Echa's side has committed to providing as much access as possible for Eza to meet with their children.

"The plaintiff is opening up as much as possible so that Eza can inform or meet with his children," he said.
