Fallen Because of Address Issues, This is the Reason Dita Fakhrana Filed for Divorce After a Year of Marriage

Kapanlagi.com - Beautiful presenter Dita Fakhrana has been confirmed to have filed for divorce in the South Jakarta Religious Court on April 14th. The lawsuit is registered under case number 1625/Pdt.G/2021/PA.JS.

In the initial hearing held on June 8th, the Panel of Judges found that the address of Ilham Akbar Prawira, the defendant, did not match as stated. Dita's files were then declared Obscuur Libel or unclear, resulting in her lawsuit being rejected or dismissed.

"The case is not accepted. Well, it was immediately decided that the case was not accepted. So now their status is still not divorced because the case they filed was not accepted," said Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, when confirmed at her office on Friday (27/8/2021).

1. Reasons for Ilham Akbar Prawira's Lawsuit

The reason Dita filed for divorce from Ilham Akbar Prawira is because during their one-year marriage, they often had disagreements with each other. In the lawsuit, Dita only requested a divorce and nothing else.

"(Reason for the lawsuit) is the continuous arguments and disputes. With that reason, she finally filed," explained Taslimah.

After being declared invalid, Dita is said to have not refiled the lawsuit. If she wants to, the 27-year-old woman can submit the documents again with the correct address of the defendant.

"Until now, there is none. If she wants to, she can file the case again. But until now, there has been no lawsuit at all," Taslimah concluded.
