Feeling Deceived by Production House Producing the Soap Opera She Stars In, Muthia Datau Reports to the Police

It turns out that she and her family feel disadvantaged because one of the production houses that produces the soap opera she stars in has seemingly concealed the results of antigen tests from the actors involved.

Because of this, Muthia Datau, represented by her daughter, Ardhy Felani, accompanied by legal counsel and her father, Herman Felani, finally reported the matter to the authorities. The daughter is upset that her mother, Muthia Datau, feels deceived by the results of the antigen tests conducted by the production house, as it was previously suspected that three actors were declared positive for the Covid-19 virus.

"My mother, Muthia Datau, became a victim of alleged false news regarding the results of the Covid-19 test by one of the production houses in Jakarta, where she is involved as an actor in the production," said Ardhy Felani when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday afternoon (13/1).

His lawyer, Roynald, explained how the chronology of the incident was revealed after Muthia Datau conducted a self-swab test. In the same opportunity, Herman Felani also expressed his disappointment and urged that every production house should prioritize the interests of the actors and crew involved.

"In essence, Mrs. Muthia, as an actor in a soap opera where the defendant concealed the results of the COVID test, antigen. Then it was confirmed again by the victim that the results were still being concealed. Then, when we conducted a self-test, the result was positive," Roynald explained.

"I myself regret this because it is a matter of humanity, it is not considerate and unprofessional in my opinion. I hope the rights of the actors are taken into account. Don't underestimate it too much," added Herman Felani.

2. No Clear Reason Yet

Furthermore, until now according to Ardhy Felani, there is no clear reason why the PH party seems to be hiding the results of Muthia Datau's antigen test. In response to this matter, Ardhy and his legal team reported the PH party with articles 14 and 15 of Law number 1 of 1946.

"We still don't know the reason until now. Even though we have tried to negotiate and there was also a family resolution yesterday, but we couldn't find a solution," Ardhy Felani concluded.
