Finally Able to Perform Friday Prayer at the Mosque, Armand Maulana Moved to Tears

Kapanlagi.com - Since the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia, people have been advised not to leave their homes. Various activities involving many people have been canceled. This includes activities at places of worship such as Friday prayer.

However, it seems that these activities can now be carried out in several areas. Friday prayer at the mosque can be resumed while still maintaining health protocols.

As reported from Armand Maulana's recent Instagram post, the frontman of the band Gigi uploaded a short video of himself performing Friday prayer at the mosque.

1. Relieved to Be Able to Attend Friday Prayers at the Mosque

In the video, Armand is seen heading to a mosque near his home in the Pondok Indah area. He seems relieved because he can finally attend Friday prayers like before the spread of the coronavirus in the country.

"Oh Allah, Oh Lord, Alhamdulillah. Finally, in my area, I can attend Friday prayers with the applicable protocols," writes Armand.

2. Armand Maulana Cries

So relieved and happy to be able to perform Friday prayers at the mosque, Armand Maulana admitted that he cried. He missed the atmosphere that was usually felt before the pandemic.

"Masha Allah, I cried earlier during the voluntary prayer. I missed it so much," he said.
