First Time Dealing with Law and Trials, Syakir Daulay Reprimanded by the Panel of Judges

Kapanlagi.com - Behind his success in the entertainment world, singer and soap opera star Syakir Daulay has to deal with the law. The 18-year-old actor filed a civil lawsuit with the South Jakarta District Court, suing Agi Sugianto, a representative from the ProAktif record label, and YouTube.

The civil lawsuit is related to breach of contract or disagreements on the terms of the YouTube account sale between Syakir Daulay and ProAktif. Syakir had his first trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Jakarta Selatan, on Tuesday (28/7), which was his very first time.

1. Warning from the Judges

While in the courtroom, Syakir was reprimanded by the judges for his behavior of wanting to drink in the courtroom and talking during the trial. After the trial, the teenager, born in Aceh on January 10, 2002, admitted to being surprised by the reprimand from the judges in the courtroom.

"Oh, I was thirsty earlier, Syakir asked for a drink but apparently I couldn't drink. And then I was also reprimanded for not talking," said Syakir Daulay when met after leaving the courtroom.

2. Unaware of Court Rules

According to the singer who covered the song Aisyah Istri Rasulullah, he admitted that his behavior was not because he wanted to relieve tension. But because of his unawareness of the court rules, considering that it was his first time dealing with the law.

"If it was tense, no, Alhamdulillah. Because I'm used to sharpening my mental state. But earlier, Syakir learned a lesson to be used as an experience. I also took photos with the court guests earlier. It entertained the court guests before Syakir's trial," he said.

3. First Experience

In addition, the soap opera star Para Pencari Tuhan Jilid 13: Tanah Sengketa actually thanked the Judges and ProAktif for his problem. Because Syakir Daulay felt that he was going through a trial at a young age, and could gain extraordinary experience.

"Alhamdulillah, I felt what it's like to be in a trial, because it's my first time entering a courtroom and being tried. Usually, I see it on television, finally I can feel it, Alhamdulillah," he said.

"Syakir also thanks Mr. Sugianto and others, because he should have gained this experience in his late 20s, but he got it earlier. So, it's exciting," he added.
