Former Girlfriend of Rebecca Klopper is Being Sued Over Obscene Video, Here's Marissya Icha's Response

Kapanlagi.com - The case involving Rebecca Klopper's obscene video is still ongoing. This time, Rizky Pahlevi, Rebecca Klopper's ex-boyfriend who is suspected to be in the video, finally speaks up. Through his legal representative, Rizky Pahlevi denies ever extorting or threatening to spread Rebecca Klopper's obscene video in 2022.

"Based on the evidence and investigation conducted by the Directorate of Cyber Crime of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department as stated in the Investigation Order Number: Sp. Sidik/263a/X/2022/Dittipidsiber dated October 28, 2022, the person who committed extortion in the amount of IDR 30 million and has been named a suspect is someone else with the initial name R and not our client. Our client has also never been named a suspect in the case," said Sugeng Teguh Santoso, Rizky Pahlevi's legal representative in a written statement.

1. Rebecca Klopper's Ex-Boyfriend Sues Marissya Icha

As a result of this case, Marissya Icha's name was also dragged into the lawsuit filed by Rizky Pahlevi. During that occasion, her lawyer requested that Marissya Icha issue a formal apology in the media. It is known that Marissya Icha had previously made a statement in the media regarding Rizky Pahlevi's alleged involvement in the scandalous video case. She referred to Rizky Pahlevi as one of the perpetrators of threats, extortion, and dissemination of the video.

"I ask Marissya Icha to apologize in writing to our client. Marissya Icha mentioned that Rizky Pahlevi had been called by the police because he often threatened Rebecca after their romantic relationship ended. So, Marissya Icha is suspected of making a statement about our client that he was designated as a suspect and made threats," explained Sugeng Teguh Santoso.

2. Marissya Icha's Response

Regarding the lawsuit, Marissya Icha responded calmly. She admitted to having received it and was ready if the case would be processed legally.

"I have received the lawsuit and given it to my lawyer. We provide the widest possible path if they want to continue legally. Anyway, if that's what he knows and that's the problem, so he sued me, then please sue me again and again," said Marissya Icha in Kebayoran, South Jakarta, on Monday (5/29).

"Then, after the third lawsuit, there is a 24-hour police station. If he sued me, it means he heard it, so he can ask. Whether it is true or not, it will be determined by the police from the LP. From making a report, I will leave it to the authorities who can investigate or trace what is the truth. So, it must be reported to the police first, and then we will know if I am wrong. If I am wrong, then I will apologize," she concluded.
