Four Years of Marriage Appears Calm, Ratu Felisha's Husband Files for Divorce

This was confirmed by Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court. It was revealed that Ari submitted the request last Monday (2/11/2020).

"Ari Pujiyanto as the petitioner filed a divorce petition in this case with Ratu Felisha Renatia with case number 3788 pdtg 2020 pa.js registered in the clerk's office of the South Jakarta Religious Court on November 2," said Taslimah when met by the media, yesterday Tuesday (3/11/2020).

1. Hearing Schedule

The first hearing with a mediation agenda will be held on November 19, 2020. Both parties are requested to attend accompanied by their respective legal representatives.

"The first hearing is scheduled for November 19, 2020. For the first hearing, the principal party must come in person accompanied by their legal representative. For subsequent hearings, it can be virtual if the respondent authorizes their legal representative," added Taslimah.

2. Reasons for Divorce Petition

Furthermore, regarding the reasons for the divorce petition, the court is unwilling to disclose. Everything is left to the petitioner or their legal representative.

"We cannot disclose the reasons for the divorce," explained Taslimah.
