Fraud Case by Mario Teguh Continues, Now the Reporter Undergoes Examination - Brings Witnesses and Evidence

Kapanlagi.com - The reporter, motivator Mario Teguh, Sunyoto, visited the building of Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya to undergo examination regarding his report on Mario Teguh, Thursday (20/7/2023). The reporter came accompanied by his wife, Syarah, and his legal representative, as well as bringing several witnesses to strengthen the report.

"Our presence is to provide clarification according to what we reported some time ago. We bring three witnesses who know about the incident," said Djamaludin, the reporter's legal representative.

1. Bring Some Evidence

Djamaludin also brought some evidence of collaboration between his client and Mario Teguh. Djamaludin said that Mario Teguh is suspected of breaking the collaboration agreement.

"He promised to collaborate and endorse what has been agreed upon regarding skincare and Rumah Cantik (Beautiful House). It was promised to be built throughout Indonesia and even overseas. That's why we are demanding that promise," he said.

2. Ask for 15%

Syarah added that the form of collaboration with Mario Teguh is not asking the motivator to become the brand ambassador of his products.

"Not (brand ambassador). So we have a collaboration in the collaboration letter, he asked for 15 percent of the sales or enlargement of Rumah Cantik Kanemoci. So he asked us, let's together expand Rumah Cantik," she said.

"So Rumah Cantik is our idea that has been open for 1 year, before the collaboration. So we have several branches and he, with his community promised to 33 million people, he said he will expand throughout Indonesia with the many communities he has. Even abroad, so we have a lot of evidence," Syarah continued.

3. Reported by Coworker

Motivator Mario Teguh was reported by his coworker named Sunyoto on June 19, 2023. Mario Teguh was reported under Article 372 and 378 regarding fraud and embezzlement.

Mario Teguh is suspected of committing fraud and embezzlement of Sunyoto's money amounting to Rp 5 billion. The report is recorded with LP/B/3505/V/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA/ June 19, 2023.
