Furious at Being Accused of Being Maissy's Husband's Mistress, Here’s Cindy Rizap's Clarification

"As for personal relationships, I have none at all, Kak. It's a relationship between... well, Doctor Riky is indeed a doctor, while I am a medical intern who is still pursuing education and in the internship we often share information with other doctors as well. So it's not just Doctor Riky," said Cindy Rizap at a press conference in the Tebet area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (19/3/2026).

Machi Achmad, as the legal representative, also emphasized that there is no special interpersonal relationship between his client and Maissy's husband. According to him, the allegations circulating on social media are only based on netizens' assumptions without concrete evidence.

"So it doesn't relate to the interpersonal aspect, right? Yes, there is none, I emphasize, there is absolutely none. It's just a professional relationship, like senior-junior, like a doctor and an intern," said Machi Achmad.

In addition to denying personal closeness, Cindy also dismissed rumors that she was in communication with Dr. Riky's legal wife regarding this issue. She feels she has no obligation to apologize because she believes she has done nothing wrong.

"The point is that there is no relationship between me and Doctor R. That's it. Including M not contacting at all, right? No, and we do not communicate with each other because I believe I am not at fault. Why should I apologize if I am not wrong," Cindy asserted.

Machi Achmad also urged netizens to stop doing 'cocoklogi' that harms his client. He sees that the household issues of Dr. Riky and Maissy should not drag Cindy Rizap's name into it.

"If I look at the press conference of Doctor R yesterday, I did see that there were indeed problems in the relationship. So don't associate it with our client. Our client is still an intern and still wants to pursue a medical degree," concluded Machi Achmad.
