Gaga Muhammad's Father is Upset that His Son is in Jail, Keanu Agl is Disappointed

Kapanlagi.com - Gaga Muhammad's father, Asep Yusman, feels upset because of the traffic accident case involving his son that has reached the legal process. Currently, Gaga Muhammad is detained at the East Jakarta Traffic Police Station.

Of course, Gaga Muhammad's father's statement has angered Anna Laura Anna's family. Not only from the family's side, but also Laura Anna's late friend is annoyed to hear Gaga Muhammad's father's statement.

"His father can't accept it, what about Laura's father, how can he not accept going through the legal process," said Keanu Agl at the East Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (21/12/2021).

1. Must Be Imprisoned

Gaga Muhammad's parents should accept that their child must be imprisoned. Moreover, the accident involving Laura Anna was caused by Gaga Muhammad himself.

"They should accept it, because it's the result of their own child's actions. Laura's family has been patient until now. Why didn't he show any good intentions from the beginning? It wouldn't have been like this, it wouldn't have been prolonged, he wouldn't have made a statement like that," said Keanu.

2. Disappointed

As Laura Anna's friend, Keanu expressed disappointment with Asep Yusman's statement claiming to be hurt because Gaga Muhammad is imprisoned for the traffic accident case.

"I am very disappointed that he said he doesn't accept it and feels hurt. He doesn't really think about the victim's family, how the victim's relatives are," concluded Keanu.

3. Dihukum Setimpal

Sebagai sahabat dekat Laura Anna, Keanu berharap Gaga Muhammad dapat hukuman setimpal atas perbuatannya.

"Saya sih maunya Gaga-nya dateng ya. Ya hukuman yang layak lah setimpal perbuatan dia," kata Keanu.

4. Sidang Gaga Muhammad

Sidang Gaga Muhammad digelar secara virtual. Awalnya, sidang hari ini akan dilaksanakan pukul 13.00 WIB, namun karena ada gangguan sinyal dari Gaga Muhammad, maka sidang hari ini akan dilanjutkan pukul 15.00 WIB.

Gaga Muhammad dilaporkan ke polisi oleh Laura Anna yang merupakan korban kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kasus tersebut dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Timur oleh polisi pada 21 Oktober 2021.

5. Charged with Article 310

Then the prosecutor registered the case to the East Jakarta District Court on November 1, 2021, with case number 895/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Jkt.Tim.

In the trial, Gaga was charged with Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation.
