Getting Married Secretly and Not Having a Marriage Certificate, Vicky Prasetyo and Kalina Ocktaranny Will Undergo an Isbat Hearing

Kapanlagi.com - Couple Vicky Prasetyo and Kalina Ocktaranny have just held a secret wedding. The reason is that Vicky and Kalina do not have a marriage certificate. As proof, their marriage is legally recognized by the state.

"(Marriage certificate) is still in process, God willing," said Vicky Prasetyo on Trans TV, South Jakarta, Wednesday (17/3/2021).

1. Isbat Session

It is not easy to legalize a marriage in the country. Vicky has to go through an isbat session for his marriage at the Religious Court.

"Indeed, we still have a process to go through, which is isbat," said the man born on April 18, 1984, briefly.

2. Arranging Marriage Certificate

Until now, Vicky Prasetyo and Kalina Ocktaranny have not submitted it to the Religious Court. Vicky and Kalina are still preparing the necessary documents to apply for the isbat of their marriage.

"If the marriage is already valid, yes. Because we are still in the process. Yes, we are still in the process of correspondence, marriage certificate. InshaAllah, soon," continued the former husband of Rama Nuraini.

3. Different Status

Vicky and Kalina got married on Saturday (13/3/2021) at the Lodge at Jagorawi Golf, Bogor, West Java. After getting married, there have been no changes in Vicky Prasetyo. According to Kalina, Vicky is still the same as when they were dating. The only difference is the status.

"The status is different, now he (Vicky) is my husband. He has never been protective, he gives me freedom," concluded Kalina Ocktaranny.
