Gin was born through a caesarean section on June 1, 2022, which coincided with the birth of Pancasila, weighing 3.14 kilograms and measuring 50 centimeters. Apparently, Gilang intentionally chose this date because he wanted his child to be born on the same red date as himself.

"Alhamdulilah, Gin Dirga was born at six o'clock in the morning on Wednesday, June 1st. Why did we choose that date? Because his father was born on August 17th, and we wanted the child to be born on a red date too. Fortunately, we got June 1st," Gilang said at a press conference at Brawijaya Hospital, Antasari area, South Jakarta, on Friday (6/3/2022).

"So the father was born on Independence Day, and the child was born on the birth of Pancasila. Hopefully, the child can love the Republic of Indonesia like his father loves the Republic of Indonesia," continued Gilang Dirga.

The process of giving birth to Adiezty Fersa's first child was done through a cesarean section. The doctor in charge said that it was done with many considerations, one of which was because the baby's head had not entered the pelvis when it was already time.

"Mrs. Adiezty gave birth to her baby by cesarean section. Why was a cesarean section done? Because of several considerations. One of them is that the baby's head had not entered the pelvis while the pregnancy age was already qualified. And the amniotic fluid was already optimal, if it was waited, it might not be better than that day. So it was decided to have a cesarean delivery," explained Dr. Uf Bagazi on the same occasion.

The name Gin Dirga sounds unique for the size of a child's name in Indonesia. Gilang Dirga's story when he got it was also unique before finally being sure to give that name.

"I like things that smell Japanese. I like the Ginza area in Japan, but if the name Ginza seems to have been used. How about Gin? Because Gin is one of the characters in Detective Conan when reading. That's what underlies us choosing that name," said Gilang.

Gin is known as an antagonist character in the anime series Detective Conan. However, in Japanese, the word Gin apparently has a meaning that Gilang Dirga and Adiezty Fersa also use as a prayer for their child.

"So basically, out of many (name) options, if we're stuck, just choose Gin. In Japan, Gin means silver. Silver is not like gold, but it shines. Our hope is that Gin can bring happiness to those who see it," said the 32-year-old man.
