Hamish Daud Accused of Involvement in Prostitution Practices and Harassment, Officially Reports to Police

Kapanlagi.com - It can still be remembered that in 2023, Hamish Daud faced numerous accusations. He was accused of misusing company funds, failing to pay employee salaries, and even allegations of harassment.

"There are news reports about me using company money and not paying employee salaries. Then there are also allegations of harassment," he explained when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (18/7/2025).

Not stopping there, the defamation attacking his personal life also became part of the report. Hamish mentioned that the negative issues accusing him of being involved in online prostitution practices or open BO have also existed for a long time.

"Since 2023, there have also been issues about open BO," added Hamish.

1. Take Legal Action

Not staying silent, Hamish took decisive legal action regarding the defamation that has been directed at him. He went to the South Jakarta Metro Police to report several social media accounts that he believes have spread false news and tarnished his reputation.

"Today I also brought a team from the previous company to help explain the many defamations. Because it has a negative impact on my name, my family, and my work as well," said Hamish Daud when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (18/7/2025).

This police report was made not only to clear his name but also as a warning message. The Australian-blooded actor hopes his actions can serve as an example so that no one else can easily spread false information for personal gain.

2. Prepare a Number of Evidence

"So today is the time to submit several Police Reports to set an example not to bring others down for content," said Hamish Daud.

To strengthen his report, Hamish has included several pieces of evidence, including content created by creators and several news articles. After a long time choosing to remain silent, he feels this is the right moment to take a stand and set things straight.

"There is content created by content creators, there are articles, and all this time I have never spoken up. So this is the time for me to make a statement to clear my name," concluded Hamish Daud.
