Hamish Daud Speaks Out About His Divorce: Raisa Is My Best Friend

Hamish emphasizes that his separation from Raisa is going very well. He even refers to Raisa as his best friend. According to him, their main focus right now is to work together in raising their only child.

"Yaya is my best friend. We parted ways amicably and we are both trying our best for co-parenting. I communicate with her every day, every morning, every night. So we are truly responsible for our child," said Hamish Daud at the South Jakarta Police Station, Thursday (6/11/2025).

Furthermore, he emphasized their unity after the separation and asked the public not to make unfounded speculations. For him, maintaining a good relationship for the sake of the child is the top priority.

"And we are best friends, we have a very close relationship. So I kindly ask that no false narratives be created, because we truly have a great relationship right now," he said.

Hamish also touched on the issue of a social media post that had disappeared and sparked rumors. He stated that clarification had actually been provided through a temporary post."The point is we, we are at peace and our relationship is just fine, and yes, we have moved on," he asserted.

This statement seems to be an answer to the public's confusion all this time. Hamish ensured that even though the marriage has ended, his personal relationship with Raisa will continue as friends and partners in raising their child."The point is my relationship with Yaya is really good. We want to maintain that and will be friends forever because we have a child," concluded Hamish.
