Her Lawsuit Against Rezky Aditya Rejected by the Court, Wenny Ariani: Lack of Evidence Where?

Kapanlagi.com - Wenny Ariani's lawsuit against Rezky Aditya to acknowledge their child as his own flesh and blood was rejected by the Tangerang District Court. Wenny Ariani expressed her confusion as to why the court deemed her lawsuit lacking evidence.

It was because of the incomplete evidence that the court rejected Wenny's lawsuit and ruled that Citra Kirana's husband was not guilty. However, all the evidence regarding her relationship with Rezky Aditya in the past had been presented during the trial.

"I don't know the basis, but according to the court, it's the lack of evidence. But in my case, it's a DNA test. I have all the evidence, such as photos and everything," said Wenny Ariani in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (1/3/2022).

1. Deeply Disappointed

Wenny admitted to being very disappointed with the verdict issued by the panel of judges. Nonetheless, as a mother of one, she was not surprised as she already knew she would lose before the verdict was read by the panel of judges.

"Yes, I am disappointed, if asked if I am disappointed, I am disappointed. But I already knew the result before the verdict session, because my legal team has read the situation," she said.

2. Appealing

What is clear is that Wenny Ariani and her legal team have filed an appeal against the court's decision. Until now, Wenny is still waiting to see if her appeal will be accepted or not by the Tangerang District Court.

"Regarding the development of the case itself, my legal team is currently appealing. But we are waiting for news whether our appeal is accepted or not, maybe around two weeks to a month," said Wenny.

3. Proof

Wenny Ariani appealed because the only proper legal step to prove the truth of her confession some time ago is through a DNA test.

"Initially, Rezky denied it, saying it was just business, but finally I provided evidence that he admitted knowing me. There is a lack of evidence here, while the only evidence is the DNA test and it was not granted by the court," Wenny concluded.

4. Rezky's Side Relieved

Now, Rezky's silence has yielded satisfactory results. The Tangerang District Court rejected all of Wenny's claims. Because Wenny could not prove that Rezky Aditya is the biological father of Kekey and has committed abandonment.

"Alhamdulillah, all the claims were completely rejected and Rezky, Alhamdulillah, was declared not to have committed any unlawful acts because his lawsuit was actually a lawsuit against the law. So we have proven in court that Rezky Aditya has never committed any unlawful acts," said Ana Sofa Yaking, SH, MH, Rezky's legal representative.

5. Will Not Report Back

Although Rezky's reputation was tainted by Wenny's accusations, it is certain that Rezky Aditya will not take legal action to retaliate against Wenny.

"There is no need because we never stop, there is always trouble here and there. We want everything to be resolved peacefully, if there is a legal effort, we will face it with a legal effort," said Ana.
