Lawyer Razman Arif Nasution shows his seriousness in following up on the report against Nikita Mirzani. Razman attended the investigator's summons at the South Jakarta Metro Police bringing six videos as evidence of alleged defamation and slander committed by Nikita.
Razman spent about four hours undergoing questioning before the investigator. Accompanied by his attorney, Rahmat, Razman hopes that the evidence can strengthen his report.
"The evidence we presented to the investigator, at least earlier when Mr. Razman was questioned, mentioned there are six videos," said Rahmat on Wednesday (6/11/2024).
Rahmat explained that the six videos were uploaded on different dates, including September 27, October 3, October 5, and finally on October 7, 2024. According to him, in several videos, Nikita directly mentioned Razman's name and accused him of tax issues.
"He clearly mentioned Mr. Razman's name in the video, stating that Mr. Razman is someone who does not pay taxes, this is actually incorrect," said Rahmat.
In addition to the tax accusations, another video contains Nikita's criticism of Razman's profession as a lawyer. "I emphasize that until now, Mr. Razman is still a lawyer. He just accompanied Vadel Badjideh and this morning attended a hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court for another case," explained Rahmat.
Furthermore, Rahmat revealed that other accusations from Nikita also touched on Razman's personal matters. "Nikita mentioned that Mr. Razman is a poor man, accused him of having bad breath, and even edited a photo of Mr. Razman into a ninja turtle with a small body. This certainly tarnishes Mr. Razman's reputation," added Rahmat.
In addition to the video, Razman's legal team has also prepared expert witnesses to support the report. "We have gathered two witnesses, as previously discussed, namely a language expert and a cyber criminal law expert," Rahmat revealed.
Razman's report against Nikita Mirzani is based on strong legal grounds, including Article 27 Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 1 of the ITE Law, as well as Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code regarding defamation. By presenting video evidence and expert witnesses, Razman emphasizes his commitment to oversee this case until it is resolved.
This case is registered under the number LP/B/3084/X/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA. Razman hopes that the legal process can run smoothly and provide justice as he hopes.
