Kapanlagi.com - The body of senior lawyer Hotma Sitompul is scheduled to be buried on Saturday, April 19, 2025. The burial location is set at San Diego Hills Memorial Park, Karawang, West Java.
This was conveyed by family representative Philipus Sitepu, after Hotma's body was transferred to the funeral home. He mentioned that the burial will take place in the morning.
"On Saturday morning, the burial will take place, planned at San Diego Hills (Karawang)," said Philipus at RSCM, Wednesday (16/4/2025).
However, the final decision regarding the burial schedule is still being discussed internally by the family. The plan has been communicated to all concerned family members.
"We have also communicated the plan to the family," added Philipus.
Meanwhile, the body of Hotma will first be laid to rest at the funeral home in South Jakarta. The location of the wake is on Jalan Pangeran Antasari, South Jakarta.
"The wake will be at the house on Pangeran Antasari number 79A, from today until Friday," said Philipus.
Hotma Sitompul passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM), Central Jakarta. He died at 11:15 AM WIB after undergoing intensive medical treatment due to complications from illness.

The family accompanied the final journey from the hospital to the funeral home. This was confirmed directly by Philipus, who assisted in the process of transferring the body.
"His children Ditho Sitompul and Sila Sitompul, along with both sons-in-law," said Philipus.
Philipus mentioned that Hotma had undergone treatment abroad before being treated in Jakarta. He had received treatment in Penang, Malaysia, before being transferred to RSCM.
"He had been ill for some time and was last treated in Penang as well. Then he was treated at RSCM too," said Philipus.
