Ichel to RS Polri Kramat Jati for Forensic Psychiatric Test

Ichel or Fricielda Prillea was present at RS Polri Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Thursday (13/8), to answer the investigator's call regarding the report of alleged sexual violence towards Anrez Adelio. She arrived aided by her attorney, Adlina Bakhri.

"Oh yes, it's a confirmation of our client in preparation for forensic psychiatry," said Adlina Bakhri when met at RS Polri Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

This visit is part of an ongoing legal process. According to the information provided on-site, the initial stage focuses on the preparation for the forensic psychiatric examination which begins with an interview session.

1. Forensic Psychiatric Examination and Initial Interview

In the first agenda, Ichel was asked to present again the events that are part of her report. She mentioned that the examination began with an interview regarding the case she reported.

"If earlier today the agenda was just an interview related to the first case, so I told the chronology again from the beginning of the pregnancy until now, like that," said Ichel.

In her explanation, Ichel admitted she had to recall the journey of the case from the beginning of the pregnancy to her current condition. She also conveyed her personal condition amidst the ongoing legal process.

"From my personal perspective, actually, this is really exhausting. I mean, it's already the time for me to take care of the baby. But, thank God this case is still ongoing and still being followed up. This means there are still things that need to be investigated, or there are still things that need to be peeled back," she said.

2. Series of 14 Meetings and Witness Involvement

Ichel stated that the agenda at the Police Hospital this time is not the last one. After the initial examination, she said there will be follow-up meetings to complete the series of examinations.

"Yes, because this meeting is just the first one. There will be subsequent meetings," she said.

Adlina explained the schedule prepared by the investigators. According to her, there will be a total of 14 meetings, featuring several witnesses to provide statements regarding Ichel's condition.

"So I explain, our presence here is to fulfill the summons where there are 14 meetings, in which we will bring witnesses from Ichel, and there will definitely also be family members who directly observe the psychological aspect of the client," said Adlina.

Adlina detailed the family members who will be presented as witnesses. She mentioned that the parents, mother, and even Ichel's cousin are included in the list of witnesses who will be called during this series of meetings.

"The witnesses include her father, Ichel's mother, and also her sibling. Ichel's sibling. Cousin... cousin," said Adlina.

3. Continuation of Legal Process: Investigator's Direction to DNA Test Options

According to Ichel, the ongoing legal process gives her space to reiterate what she has experienced. On the other hand, she admitted to feeling pressured by the numerous statements circulating during this issue.

"Yes. Moreover, the many statements from the other side have made me feel much less confident, so I'm scared," said Ichel.

After the examination at the Police Hospital, the legal counsel ensured that they are following all the stages directed by the investigator, including the next examination agenda. Adlina also opened the possibility of additional legal steps related to evidence.

"Yes, we will continue to follow the directions from the Police Headquarters, which is 14 times back and forth to this hospital with witness stages, and I will also likely file a DNA test lawsuit in court," said Adlina.
