RANS and Mayora Collaboration Continues: From Carnival to D'MASIV Asia Tour
RANS and Mayora have extended their partnership since 2019. The program continues through RANS Carnival, Cipungland, JajaRANS, up to DMASIV Asia Concert and DUDAS-1.
RANS Entertainment has traversed a long path before officially transforming into a public company in 2026. Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina gradually built RANS, starting from a home-based scale to developing various lines of business and intellectual property (IP).
In a press conference in South Jakarta on Monday (10/8), Nagita Slavina, as the CEO of RANS, stated, "This foundation has been built over the past seven (7) years. From our beginnings in a garage to being listed on the stock exchange, Mayora has always believed in RANS's development. This integration proves that the synergy between corporate brands and creator platforms can generate both commercial impact and broad social impact for the community."
The collaboration with Mayora Group, which has been ongoing since 2019, has accompanied this journey. Over the past seven years, the collaboration has continued to evolve as RANS enters a new chapter as a public company, alongside the expansion of various IPs they manage.

For Raffi, the journey of Rans is not just about a series of business achievements. There is a long process with the demand to quickly adapt to shifts in the entertainment industry and the dynamic pace of technology.
"Yes, as I mentioned earlier. Actually, it’s like this, wow, every time as Mr. Rizky mentioned, every month, every year, whatever it is, this is a shift in dynamics, whatever the weather conditions are, the economy regarding any changes, we have to be quick. We must change quickly, from conventional media, for example, there is digital media, and now it's really booming, for instance, at concerts, suddenly live streaming is very popular now, wherever that is, we have to adapt quickly. We have to adapt really fast," said Raffi Ahmad.
The ability to read changes in media, digital trends, and community consumption patterns is part of Rans' business development strategy. This approach is applied alongside the growth of increasingly diverse business lines.
In the process, Raffi emphasizes that relationships with partners should not just be built transactionally. Trust and understanding of each party's character are considered important to maintain long-term collaboration.
"Why? Because Link Group International doesn't just easily want to collaborate with Lynx Group, why? Because it has to be a good fit and also, Link Group really knows how to read DNA," said Raffi.

After officially becoming a public company, Rans enters a new phase. Collaboration with Mayora and LINK Group International is outlined as one of the initial steps to execute the plans that have been prepared.
"And today marks exactly one month, this is a new chapter, our first step, our corporate action, thank God together with Mayora and Lynx Group International. This past month is our first corporate action. Mayora together with RANS, MAYORANS!" said Raffi.
The agenda marks the beginning of a series of corporate actions involving strategic partners. Synergy is expected to be built across ecosystems, from corporate brands to creator platforms that Rans has developed.
Rans also no longer relies solely on the activities of Raffi and Nagita as public figures. Various IPs such as RANS Carnival and Cipungland are prepared to provide entertainment experiences while opening opportunities for creative economy actors and local SMEs.
Mayora Group, which has partnered with Rans since 2019, sees Rans' growth as part of the broader benefits of collaboration. Over seven years, this partnership is said to have provided space for various joint initiatives and now continues into the public company phase in 2026.
"Because if it provides value and impact to MSMEs like lip service, but it’s true. If they actually advance, RANS will also advance, and more people will buy Mayora products," said Ricky Afrianto.
According to this perspective, strengthening the ecosystem around Rans' activities can have a positive effect on the involved MSMEs. The circulation of commercial impact is expected to align with the growing participation of local players.
Now, Rans' journey continues with a series of new plans. From the starting point in a garage to becoming a public company, Raffi and Nagita carry the same spirit to develop the entertainment business, expand IP, and build collaborations that have an impact on society.
