Kapanlagi.com - The divorce case between Catherine and Idham Mase was decided by the Religious Court of Depok, West Java, last week. Idham Mase's party will appeal the divorce decision of their client with Catherine Wilson.
"We will appeal," said Ilham Rasyid to the media via phone call on Tuesday (4/6/2024).
One of the reasons Idham Mase's party appeals is related to the amount of mut'ah and iddah maintenance which is considered not in accordance with the calculation. This was revealed by Idham Mase's legal representative, Ilham Rasyid.
"What we want to appeal is the amount of mut'ah and iddah maintenance because we believe there was a miscalculation in the application," said Ilham Rasyid.

Ilham Rasyid said that Catherine's lawsuit against his client was not fully granted by the panel of judges. One of them is the matter of hundreds of millions of alimony that was rejected by the judges.
"Not everything was granted, only partially. The matter of past alimony has been denied, the court also rejected the plaintiff's request. The Rp800 million past alimony was rejected by the judge," said Ilham Rasyid.
Unfortunately, Ilham has not been able to explain further about the contents of the divorce verdict. He admitted that he will explain it at another time.

Just for information, previously Idham Mase first registered his divorce request against Catherine Wilson at the South Jakarta Religious Court. However, the request was withdrawn because both parties never attended the trial.
Two months later, it was Catherine Wilson's turn to file for divorce against Idham Mase at the Depok Religious Court in West Java. Catherine's lawsuit is registered with the number 32/Pdt.G/2024/PA DPK.
