If Declared Complete, the Police Will Hand Over Gisel and Nobu to the Prosecutor Regarding the 19-Second Erotic Video

Kapanlagi.com - The case of the 19-second erotic video involving the suspect Gisella Anastasia with Michael Yukinobu de Fretes, also known as Nobu, had disappeared. However, recently the police re-examined Gisel and continued the case.

Previously, the case file of the erotic video that had been sent by the investigator was returned to the prosecutor's office because it was considered incomplete. Apparently, the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol Endra Zulpan, said that the case file is now complete.

"So for the case of Gisella Anastasia, yesterday our investigators completed the case file and handed it over to the prosecutor," said Zulpan when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (14/12).

1. Submit Files

Investigator Zulpan is said to have already submitted the case files to the prosecutor's office and now the prosecutor's office is examining their completeness.

"The case files had been sent and returned, it's called P19 with some instructions that need to be completed. Yesterday, the investigator completed it and sent it back to the prosecutor, now we wait for the prosecutor's response to see if it meets the requested requirements," said Zulpan.

2. Wait for Information

The investigators now only have to wait for information from the prosecutor's office. If it is declared complete, they will immediately transfer the suspects, namely Gisel and Nobu, along with the evidence to the prosecutor's office.

"So if later the files are deemed complete, it will be called P21, and we can proceed to phase 2," he concluded.

3. Anxious

Gisella Anastasia also admitted that she was worried when called again by investigators for further questioning. Because her case had been halted for a long time and now it's starting again.

"But when this (case) comes again like 'oh okay, let's start again', it's fine but still be cooperative, follow any instructions, that's why we came today for the BAP process. With a calm and patient heart, let's go through it peacefully. We hope for the best outcome," she said.

"Oh definitely (worried) there's concern. 'Okay, what else is added?'. It opens up old memories. All of that requires energy. But it's a consequence that must be faced. So it's fine, armed with prayers and strengthened by friends since yesterday," she continued.

4. Do the Best

Although the legal process is still ongoing, Gisella Anastasia does not want to stay silent and drown in sadness. She must continue to try her best for her only child, Gempi.

"Life is still going on, so we try to do the best we can, work for Gempi, manage everything while this is still in process. It's not possible to stay silent, do nothing, right?" said Gisella Anastasia.

"If in the past I was still scared, crying, with this one I still feel sad, cry, but not dragged along. Quickly bounce back, let's just go through the process, face it with joy if possible so that everything will be better," she concluded.

5. Ask for Gempi's Prayers

Gisella Anastasia also did not forget to ask for prayers for her beloved daughter, Gempita Nora Marten, before undergoing an examination. Although Gempi does not know what problem is happening, but according to Gisel, her child is becoming more mature as she grows older.

"The more comfortable (chatting), the more ordinary the child is, the older she gets, the more she is herself when she is with Gempi. She doesn't know (the problem) yet, she didn't hear it from anywhere, but earlier she wanted to leave, 'Gempi, pray for mommy before leaving. Why? For peace and joy for mommy today. Okay?' then prayed by Gempi," she explained.

6. Grateful That There Is Still Time

Gisella Anastasia also feels grateful because in the midst of the legal process she is going through, she can still work and be given the opportunity to spend time with Gempi.

"For me, actually, yesterday I got extra long time to enjoy with Gempi, still given the opportunity to work, enjoy the view in Indonesia, explore new experiences. That alone for me can report that it has become an extraordinary blessing," said the ex-wife of Gading Marten.

"So if you ask if I think it's tiring, of course it's tiring, but if we take it from the gratitude, then life is not heavy. Grateful that I can still meet Gempi, that's an extraordinary gratitude," she concluded.
