If Doddy Sudrajat Can't Prove That Vanessa Angel Was Pregnant Out of Wedlock, Faisal Will Demand Justice

Kapanlagi.com - Haji Faisal cannot believe what his son-in-law's father, Doddy Sudrajat, revealed that the late Vanessa Angel was pregnant when she got married to his son, Bibi Ardiansyah. Now Faisal is waiting for concrete evidence regarding this matter in the custody hearing of their grandchild, Gala Sky Andriansyah.

"Well, let him be. As I said, it's not that easy to accuse someone like that," said Faisal at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (16/3).

"It's a serious offense for someone to make such accusations without evidence or witnesses. So, let's not discuss it," he continued.

Faisal admitted that he was truly disappointed with his brother-in-law, Doddy, who eventually brought up the issue of Vannesa Angel being pregnant before marriage to the court.

"Yes, what was conveyed by Bang Sandy a week ago, that the mention of the word illegitimate child made us very disappointed. Because there must be evidence, there must be facts, but it's all confusing for me. So we just leave it to the judge," said Faisal.

If it is not proven, Faisal plans to bring the issue to the legal realm. Because it concerns his beloved grandchild.

"Let's settle one by one first. It is not impossible to make a police report. Because for me, I have to fight for my grandchild. Anyone who belittles, who humiliates my grandchild," he concluded.

Doddy Sudrajat presented a witness who is a member of the MUI Fatwa Commission, Hamdan Rasyid. In that opportunity, the discussion was related to the fatwa that discusses the condition of children who are pregnant outside of marriage.

"A person who is pregnant is punishable, marriage during pregnancy is allowed, but if already pregnant, the child automatically belongs to the mother, not the father," said Hamdan Rasyid at the West Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, (16/3).

According to Doddy Sudrajat, revealing his child's past in court is not about exposing shame, but rather revealing the facts of the trial. Doddy found out that Vanessa Angel was pregnant before her sister who married first.

"I got the news from my sister, my sister who married Vanessa with Bibi at that time, since daddy didn't attend, so from Pak Gandi, this is when daddy found out that Vanessa was pregnant, so my sister married them according to tradition or religion with Bibi," said Doddy Sudrajat.
