Vanessa and her husband, Bibi Andriansyah, passed away after a car accident on the Jombang-Nganjuk toll road in East Java.
Then, three months later, Doddy's beloved father, Abas Sabri, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Abas Sabri passed away at the age of 91.
"So, I just lost Vanessa in November, on her 100th day, my father was called and followed Vanessa. Hopefully, they meet up there," Doddy said at the Malaka Cemetery, East Jakarta, on Friday (2/18/2022).

Vanessa and her grandfather, Abas Sabri, passed away on the same day, which was Thursday. However, they passed away at different times. Vanessa passed away at 12:36 PM WIB, while her grandfather passed away at 5:30 PM WIB.
"Yes, whether this is a coincidence or not, I don't know. My father passed away on the same day as Vanessa, maybe at different times. On Thursday, Vanessa passed away at 1:00 PM, and my father passed away at 5:30 PM, near Maghrib," Doddy said.

Not only that, Vanessa and Abbas Sabri were also buried on the same day, which is Friday. Whether by coincidence or not, Vanessa and her grandfather were both buried in TPU Malaka.
The only difference is the location of the burial. Vanessa was buried in TPU Malaka Pesanggrahan West Jakarta, while her grandfather was buried in TPU Malaka Pondok Kelapa East Jakarta.
